Mặc dù ảnh hưởng năm thứ 3 Đại dịch Covod-19 toàn cầu. Cuộc thi rượu whisky quốc tế hàng năm vẫn tổ chức, nhằm chọn lọc ra nhưng chai whisky ngon nhất cho người yêu rượu. International Whisky Competition (IWC) năm 2021 tổ chức tại Las Vegas, Nevada vào ngày 15/06/2021, là cuộc hội ngộ whisky lớn nhất hành tinh hàng năm. 

Mỗi hạng mục, bao gồm một Vàng, một Bạc và một Đồng (nếu không bị trùng, đồng điểm)

Scotch Whisky có 22 hạng mục được trao, những thương hiệu được vinh danh như Ardbeg, Aberlour, Glenmorangie, Glenlivet, và nhất là Dewar's vẫn nắm giữ tất cả các hạng mục cho rượu Pha trộn (Whisky Blend) (Năm 2020, Dewar's  cũng nắm giữ các hạng mục Blend)
